Doug came to inspect a small mold concern we had in the bathroom. He was very honest about the situation and gave a practical solution instead of trying to take advantage of us. I would definitely recommend him if you are having any concerns about mold, and if we ever need services in the future we will be calling him.

Upon receiving a home inspection and learning I had mold, I immediately came to Thumbtack and found Environmental Services LLC for an estimate. Because it was late Friday night, I was not expecting a response until the next morning; low and behold, I received an immediate response from Douglas inquiring about the issue/concern I was experiencing. After sharing pictures, I received confirmation from Douglas on his availability to meet me the next day. Upon walking in the door to my home, Douglas immediately spotted one of the issues without me pointing it out to him. From there, I knew he would be very meticulous in his inspection. Douglas checked areas within my home that I had not pointed out but areas he thought may have concerns as well, making suggestions along the way. The work is not yet complete, but I can tell from his inspection that he is very passionate about his work. Not to mention, the price quote he returned was substantially lower than I expected.

On day one, Mr. Douglas was friendly and very professional. He was knowledgeable about mold, prepared with his equipment, and got the job done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Environmental Services. They were awesome.

Douglas was great to work with! He was quick to respond was able to get the job done the next day after I approved the quote and was VERY knowledgeable. He even gave some extra tips to help address the moisture in our bathrooms to prevent mold growth. He determined the source of the issue and even connected me with a contractor to get it fixed. I’ve already referred him to someone I know who had a similar issue in their home. I would definitely hire him again if needed in the future!
