- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i researched others companies prices in order to come to a decision on pricing for Wright-Way Relocation Services.Even though i have been in d moving industry for 2+ decades, i just officially established Wright-Way Relocation Services on May 9, 2021 (mother day). i jump into establishing Wrigh-Way Relocation Services making big MOVES/DECISION, in honor of her n my dad(my mom passed in August due to COVID-19).My motivation was to fill d void of her passing.My prices are fair n competitive with others moving companies. Price matching is my goal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I prefer to meet with the customer at the location of their move *prior* to the actual date of the move so I’m able to see for myself the amount & type of items my crew will be moving. This way, I’m able to give the customer a more accurate time & cost estimate. It also ensures that I show up with the right equipment & number of men.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have travel all across d country in a tractor/ trailer moving customer to make their life a lot more.pleasant as a mover helper, in this capacity i have worked with d best of d best owner/opetator. As a result i have had d opportunities to attend major drivers/movers workshop,classes n seminar.These experiences have benefitted me in d upmost way.
