Hired on Thumbtack
Your rate is $90 an hour, which is 40% higher than most. What you don’t post is that your minimum is $350. Seems like you’re using the site to get higher priced business but to our expense.
Details: Installation only • Roof • No, I will provide the lights myself • 1,000 - 2,000 sq ft • Props (Deer, Sleighs, Elves, etc.) • Residential

I never interacted with this consumer nor did I provide any services whatsoever. The job was out of my area and the settings on my account need to be changed. It was a job that would take less than 30 mins and I am over an hour away. Due to this the consumer decided to write this very negative review but again this is not a customer of mine.
