I will definitely be calling What's the Move for our future moving needs. Ellis told me they'd arrive between 9:30 and 10 and he was only 15 minutes late (called to let me know though!), which is great for the moving industry as my last movers were over an hour late. He and Kenneth were very quick. I was quoted 4 hours, but they didn't even take that long. The guys arrived at 10:15 and we finished a few minutes after 2pm, but that included a 35-minute drive and a 40-minute lunch break at Chik-fil-A! We had a VERY long hallway, so I think the guys would have been even quicker without that long walk. The quality you get for the price is definitely worth it! We have all wooden furtniture and we only had 1 little nick on the kitchen table. Barely even noticeable. Moving is stressful and nothing is ever perfect, but What's the Move made moving our heavy furniture a breeze. Make sure you have everything packed and ready to go to save time. Make sure you have your own shrink wrap/plastic if needed, or let Ellis know ahead of time if you will need anything wrapped.

Ellis and his guys did a great job. I needed my washer and dryer moved across town and I needed a responsive mover who could get the job done. Ellis was on it. He provided a reasonable quote quickly. We chatted about a convenient time and other parameters of the job. He got it. He arrived a few minutes late but had called to let us know he was delayed. He got the washer and dryer out and into the new place - made it all look easy.

Ellis and his team made this the best moving experience I have ever had. He called the morning of to confirm and came out to help me move even in the rain. He was flexible when getting a uhaul took longer than expected and was incredibly nice about having to push back our meeting time. They finished my entire move in less time than expected. We couldn't get the truck up my steep driveway, so they had to walk everything down a hill and across the street, and every person from the team was happy to do the extra work this made. The truck was efficiently packed, and they even worked hard to keep the carpets clean from mud from the rain outside. I will definitely hire Ellis and his team for any future moves in the area!
