Very very responsive. I reached out to two other companies and I’m still waiting for a response from them. Meanwhile, Rashad at the Phone Plug got the job done in a timely manner. Very professional and asked the right questions regarding the device needing repair. Needless to say we are satisfied with his work and will use him again for future device repairs.
