FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system revolves around three major factors - the type of shingles/roofing material you need, the slope of your roof, and the total square footage of the roof itself. It is impossible to accurately quote a roofing job with all of this information so if someone is giving you a quote without physically getting onto your roof to measure things, they are going to be adding on charges later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with a customer is to do an actual physical inspection of the roof itself. During this inspection, we will look for any damage from storms that could help the customer in filing an insurance claim for replacement of the roof. If the roof qualifies for an insurance claim, we will walk the customer through the entire process (insurance will generally provide enough upfront to meet the deposit). We handle everything beginning with measuring and calculating exactly what is needed for your roof. We will provide a detailed quote and sit down to explain everything in it. The only decision that the customer needs to make is the color/type of shingle. Deposit required at contract signing with final payment when work is complete.
