Very professional. I’ve had 3 contractors come to my house about roofrepair and he’s the only one that went into the attic to check where the leak existed. Plus performed a water test / attic walkthrough for reassurance. First time using Hugo, but feels confident in his work.

Mr. Hugo was very professional and he was able to diagnose my issue with the roof leak. He took care of it right away with a reasonable price. I plan to use him again for total roof replacement next year. I would definitely recommend him to people in the future.

Hugo is your guy. The review allows me to choose only three things I liked about working with G&O, but I'd say that Hugo checked all five options. I asked for a quote Saturday on Thumbtack, and he called me immediately after, saying he could come by in the afternoon after another job. True to his word, he was at my door a little after 2 pm. Hugo quickly identified the source of the leak from my roof, and he offered to either reseal or replace the plumbing vent boot that was leaking, both for reasonable prices. He also quoted resealing or replacing the boots for all of the vents installed through the roof for a substantially discounted price. As they were more than 20 years old, I chose to replace all of them. His two-year warranty on his work made the decision even easier. Hugo is easy to work with, and he is a straight shooter--no BS--just good honest work. He provided pictures of everything and was done by 4 pm. Great job, Hugo!

Roofing is quite complex since the job sizes and details vary. That being said, you can always count on me to provide a reasonable price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Taking on a new roofing project can be intimidating, the process I follow is inspection first. Then I show the client my findings and give them my recommendations. I try to be as detailed as possible when explaining why we have to use a certain material.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a little over 30 years of roofing experience.
