- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Roofing is quite complex since the job sizes and details vary. That being said, you can always count on me to provide a reasonable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Taking on a new roofing project can be intimidating, the process I follow is inspection first. Then I show the client my findings and give them my recommendations. I try to be as detailed as possible when explaining why we have to use a certain material.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a little over 30 years of roofing experience.
