Arnoldo arrived at our house to give us an estimate to replace shingles that were recently blown off our roof in extremely high winds. One roofer came to give estimate and said office would call us tomorrow to discuss price and schedule. Another was miles away but willing to do the work, so we were waiting for scheduling/estimates from two other roofers. After consulting with Hugo in G & O home office, getting a very reasonable price, we agreed to let Arnoldo do the work immediately since he was already at our house, willing and able. Great decision! Repair completed in just a few minutes and you can not tell which tiles were replaced. We were very pleased with work quality, price and of course you can't beat immediate service.

Roofing is quite complex since the job sizes and details vary. That being said, you can always count on me to provide a reasonable price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Taking on a new roofing project can be intimidating, the process I follow is inspection first. Then I show the client my findings and give them my recommendations. I try to be as detailed as possible when explaining why we have to use a certain material.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a little over 30 years of roofing experience.
