I contacted about 8 different companies all gave free onsite estimates and they were all over my budget. I finally contact ND and received an instant estimate via email. Pricing was very reasonable. When the date was day can to replace my roof they arrived on time and completed the work in one day. Cleaned up all of debris from the project Megan it look like they were never there overall I love my new roof. It looks like a more up-to-date modern house now.

Great experience from start to finish! After reaching out to several contractors to replace the roof on my home, I decided to hire ND Construction & Roofing, and I’m glad I did! Edwin was professional, responsive, and clearly knows his business. He provided a detailed, written estimate and answered all of my questions promptly. He was very easy to work with. His crew showed up on time and so did he! Edwin was on site making sure everything was being done properly and kept me updated throughout the day with lots of pictures. The crew was professional, respectful, and efficient. They completed the new roof, along with some repairs and new gutters, in one day! I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable and professional contractor, this is it! Highly recommend.

I don’t really write reviews, but I did a lot of research looking for a contractor to do my roof. But out of everyone that contacted me, ND Construction was the first to respond and the most detailed. He sent me a message in detail about everything that they will do if I hire them for the job, and told me how much it will cost. Then he came to my home and did a presentation, step by step about the process and how they will do my roof. I’m so glad I use them, they came early In the morning like they said and finished the job when I got home from work in the evening. I really like my new roof and I will definitely refer them to anyone that wants good work and professionalism.

ND Construction & Roofing met all the qualities listed and more. Ed, the owner, was always available and went out of his way to discuss roof materials, the labor coverage, and the value that I should expect from a quality warranty roof. The new roof was installed with high workmanship from a very disciplined crew that came right on schedule, completed the roof installation, and left my property area all cleaned up and even looked better than before. There is no standard pricing. It all depends on type of work and all is needed to accomplish the job.

First set up appointment with customer via phone or email. Then arrive at job location and explain the problem and what is needed to solve. At the end issue a written estimate of cost of job.
