We had an excellent experience with ND Construction and Roofing. From the very beginning, Ed was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. He came out to inspect our roof, thoroughly explained the issues he found, walked us through the entire roofreplacement process, and reviewed the materials that would be used. He even provided us with a detailed quote the same day.
Once we decided to move forward, the project was scheduled quickly, and the crew arrived exactly as expected. The owner personally came out to oversee the work, which gave us added confidence in the quality of the job being done. Throughout the entire process, Ed kept us informed by sending updates and photos, so we always knew what was happening.
The pricing was very reasonable, the workmanship was outstanding, and the crew did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. They left our property spotless with no debris left behind.

There is no standard pricing. It all depends on type of work and all is needed to accomplish the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First set up appointment with customer via phone or email. Then arrive at job location and explain the problem and what is needed to solve. At the end issue a written estimate of cost of job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education background is associates degree in business management. I have been working in the customer service field for over eight years.
