This company has no moving experience. They do not wrap your furniture. They are not equipped to complete large moving jobs. I requested and paid for three men to move, I only got two which made my move extremely difficult and it was not completed. It was a very stressful day and I had to hire another company to complete my move the next day. Imagine all the money I could have saved going with a professional with proven experience from the beginning. This company has a lot to learn if they remain in this line of work. I could say more but I don't think I could cover all the things that went wrong.

We refunded the money for 2 hours that 1 of our employees who recent battle with Cancer had to go to the restroom. I was truly sadden by the way this customer treated my employees. We were given a move that included several stairs and heavy items with unrealistic time line. We made mistakes and refunded money. Im sorry you felt this way. This company has a lot of learning and growing pains to go through but to verbally humiliate a person for going to the restroom. Than to verbally embarrass employees for work they were trying to do. Im sorry you found our work not up to your standard but I refunded a portion of your money. We started as a moving company moving smaller moves. We orginally offer 1 truck and 1 mover for small moves that take less than an hour to move with help of the person moving. To keep costs of moving down. I'm glad to know you got your stuff moved.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$23 an hr labor/driving and $23 to use my pickup or you supply Uhaul I supply labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have 20 years experience with fedex and skilled movers that can help you move. For your added security and peace of mind we wear body cameras to make sure your things are secure and safe while we are moving them. Upon request we can supply video if you need it. Plus each employee has their own profile on thumbtack with a complete background check. Your satisfaction is what we try to get while your moving. Remember each mover is an independent contractor and your using our service at risk of damage. We are not insured and risk of unintentional damage is a possibility. Express Mover is not responsible for damages. Thank you for using us. We do jobs that others wont at a lower rate.
