• Competitive Hourly Rates:
Base hourly rates include a 16-26ft box/moving truck 🚛 with and a professional 2 man moving (truck size is based on the size of your move).
All household goods will be blanket wrapped and peotected. Floors will be protected. Tape and shrink/streatch wrap are also included with our hourly rates. No additional cost for simple supplies!
• Service Charge: $99 - One Time
Our service charge is a one time charge that aids in contribution to pricey diesel fuel, wear and tear on equipment, upkeep on our truck and much much more.
• Additional Movers:
For larger size moves additional movers can be added at per customers requests and may sometimes be suggested by our coordinator to make a larger crew of up to 3, 4, 5 and even 6. By doing this we can shorten the duration of any move, it just depends on the situation/job. The size of the move typically dictates the crew size needed to perform said specific job.
$40/Hour for each Additional Mover:
• 3 Hour minimum charge (local moves)
• 3 Hour minimum charge (on site/in-home moves)

When looking for a moving company, Matthew from V.I.P. Moving Services & Storage was the only person who actually called me back in a timely manner. While speaking with him, it was evident that he was very professional and experienced at his job. Moving can be very stressful, but V.I.P. I sent the job to VIP Moving Services and had a response within minutes. Matthew was great. Asked all the right questions and even asked for a photo to determine what would be best for me. He was very open with me as far as pricing and the minimum amounts being charged by moving companies. I will definitely use this company in the future and I will recommend to others.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick 2-4 minute call over the phone to answer & address any questions/concerns you may have. While on the call I'll also have a couple quick questions mainly to get just a little bit better of an understanding on exactly what your move will entail so that way we're able to help you get it done in the safest and most efficient manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being as honest as one man maybe; with household goods and most of the "moving industry" I am the trainers trainer. I am almost.my.team are stallions and pros tonthen9. I've yet to meet therefore know no one with any level higher standards than what we stand on and represent here at V. I.P
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Before deciding on a mover, keep yourself safe and be sure to find out these few details.
"What are their rates and how do they charge?"
"Will it be a flat or hourly rate?"
Remember that sometimes cheaper ends up being more expensive in the long run.
"Does the company provide protection for your furniture and belongings?"
"If so, what type of protection?
"Do they use thick quality furniture pads?"
"Do they secure the pads with proper tape and shrink wrap?"
"Do they charge for any of those supplies?"
Ask about protection for your floors.
"Do they drop down runners to protect and minimize foot traffic on the carpet and or hardwood?"
Scratches and or scuffs on walls and floors are the most common mistakes/damages made from movers and that's all companies.
