Dennis came out the sane day to fix my sprinkler problem and was extremely knowledgeable. I had also made several changes to our landscaping over the past 20 years since our system was installed and he recommended several options that are going to save me a ton of water and $$. I would highly recommend Lawn Systems Solutions and intend to use them again to fine tune my 5 zone system. -Bruce

DISHONEST AND A FRAUD!! Would not refund $19.50 sales tax when in fact there is no sales tax on labor. This makes me believe that the outrageous sum of $344.50 that he charged was in fact way over priced.

Lawn System Solutions responded within 24 hrs of my initial request for service and once we had a date/time blocked out for the service call, Dennis and his team communicated in a timely manner to confirm the appointment. Additionally on the day of the appointment, Dennis also reached out to ensure I knew when he'd arrive to the minute. I really appreciated the up front comms! Once at my house, Dennis got right to work while also bringing an engaging and friendly demeanor, and despite my 4 year old son interrupting a few times as well as a looming thunderstorm, he was able to quickly and accurately diagnose where the rest of my sprinkler valves were and confirm my initial suspicion that broken wiring had caused two zones to fail. I look forward to working with Lawn System Solutions again in the future. 10/10, highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment for 3pm on Monday. Midday on Monday I received a text delaying the appointment until 5pm. At 5:15 pm, after no one showed, I texted the pro to voice my disappointment. He replied that he did not know that no one showed up and could he reschedule for the next day. I stated no that his company made a very poor first impression and that I would find another company.

We are sorry you had a bad experience. end of day appointments are hard to judge due to the inability to know how long the appointment ahead of yours will take. we notified you as soon as we knew we would not make your appointment on time. The office closes at 430 even though technicians are out till 6, 7 sometimes 8pm working. we try but aren't always able to get updates from techs after office closes. our sincere apologies.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices will vary, due to severity, location, etc. All of our prices include Time and Labor. Service calls are $100-$200, residential and commercial. Fees are waived, if hired.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers get a full system inspection on their first visit. Our techs will note any issues he observes. We want to save you money and water. We know that, this is only possible if we can inspect your entire system from controller to shut off to each head in each zone. After inspection the tech discusses the inspection with the customer letting him know of any other issues and also letting you know if it's an urgent or non urgent issue and the strain it puts on your system so you, the customer can make an informed decision on what work they are wanting done. After that, it's time to get started on approved work. Your tech will usually be able to fix repairs and complete inspection in the same appointment. If not, an additional appointment will be made to finish any outstanding work.
