Lawn System Solutions responded within 24 hrs of my initial request for service and once we had a date/time blocked out for the service call, Dennis and his team communicated in a timely manner to confirm the appointment. Additionally on the day of the appointment, Dennis also reached out to ensure I knew when he'd arrive to the minute. I really appreciated the up front comms!
Once at my house, Dennis got right to work while also bringing an engaging and friendly demeanor, and despite my 4 year old son interrupting a few times as well as a looming thunderstorm, he was able to quickly and accurately diagnose where the rest of my sprinkler valves were and confirm my initial suspicion that broken wiring had caused two zones to fail. I look forward to working with Lawn System Solutions again in the future. 10/10, highly recommend!

Dennis came out the sane day to fix my sprinkler problem and was extremely knowledgeable. I had also made several changes to our landscaping over the past 20 years since our system was installed and he recommended several options that are going to save me a ton of water and $$. I would highly recommend Lawn Systems Solutions and intend to use them again to fine tune my 5 zone system.

From start to finish, Dennis worked tirelessly to not only fix but optimize my irrigation system with a new wireless control station. He had to send almost two days repairing unexpected leaks and correcting install mistakes. It was incredibly easy to book the appointment online. He arrived early and did such a wonderful job you can even tell where he had to dig the holes. He knows his stuff and I am impressed with his work. Also give him kudos for not complaining about my horrible hill.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices will vary, due to severity, location, etc. All of our prices include Time and Labor.
Service calls are $100-$200, residential and commercial. Fees are waived, if hired.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers get a full system inspection on their first visit. Our techs will note any issues he observes. We want to save you money and water. We know that, this is only possible if we can inspect your entire system from controller to shut off to each head in each zone. After inspection the tech discusses the inspection with the customer letting him know of any other issues and also letting you know if it's an urgent or non urgent issue and the strain it puts on your system so you, the customer can make an informed decision on what work they are wanting done. After that, it's time to get started on approved work. Your tech will usually be able to fix repairs and complete inspection in the same appointment. If not, an additional appointment will be made to finish any outstanding work.
