Best Option Restoration is by far one of the best companies out there, this is the first time Ive had to use a company that offers the services they specialize in, but I would say they have the best customer service than any company Ive dealt with regardless of what kind of services they offer. I called them for a quote and signed a work authorization agreement, but then upon further thought of my situation and advice from my dad, we determined their services werent needed right away and I was in need more so of a plumber, so before any work was done based off of the this assessment, I talked to David about annulling the agreement until or if I needed them. He was totally cool with that and understood my reasoning for not needing their services right away. We annulled the agreement until it is determined that their services are really needed.So I am now at the stage of waiting to see. But this just shows how honest they are and how willing to work with you they are they are awesome! And going to spread the news about the in my community. Thanks again David you will definitely hear from me if not in this case, if another should pop up and your services are needed, your company will be the only one I call.

I had a pipe burst while my plumber was working on fixing a leak in our shower. He reached out to Best Option Restoration and the owner, David Gillespie was at my house within and hour. David was so helpful and assured me that his company would be able to fix everything back to the way it was. He assisted me with filing a claim since I never had one before. BOR worked with my insurance carrier and with me to finalize the entire process. Would definitely use this company again and hope that I don't need to!
