I had a pipe burst while my plumber was working on fixing a leak in our shower. He reached out to Best Option Restoration and the owner, David Gillespie was at my house within and hour. David was so helpful and assured me that his company would be able to fix everything back to the way it was. He assisted me with filing a claim since I never had one before. BOR worked with my insurance carrier and with me to finalize the entire process. Would definitely use this company again and hope that I don't need to!

Five stars for responsiveness and quality. We contacted David when we were looking at buying a house that needed mold remediation. He was so helpful with a detailed quote and very responsive to our questions (and we had a lot!). His priority was making sure the process was thorough and we understood every step. Super nice, honest guy and would definitely recommend him and his team!
