At Chen Plumbing, we prioritize clear communication and transparency from the start. We begin by giving you a 30-minute courtesy call before our arrival to ensure you're prepared and informed. We also keep you updated throughout the day, so you will always know the status of your appointment. Once on site, our plumber will assess the situation and provide a written quote for you to review and approve before any work begins, ensuring you are fully aware of the costs involved with no surprises. We believe in transparency with our pricing and strive to make your experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Founded in 1998, we are a 3rd generation family-owned and operated plumbing business. We are master licensed, insured, and all our employees are certified and background checked.
