Spoke with someone a day before to receive a quote. My appointment was scheduled from 9-10 am. Received text asking if 10-11 am would be okay. I agreed. At 10:30 am received a call from a guy stating that he was given an address in Atlanta and I live in Gwinnett County. Off work waiting for the technician. Who is a no show. The office calls within minutes to say there was a glitch in their system. No thank you!
