I had three companies came out to give a quote to waterproofing my basement, and Kings Waterproofing stood out immediately. William was friendly, professional, and took the time to draw up a thoughtful plan. When the work began, Jamie Flores and his team were just as impressive — professional, respectful, and hardworking. Jamie discovered an additional issue with our basement wall that could have led to structural damage down the road. He explained everything clearly and made sure it was taken care of. Their honesty and thoroughness really set them apart. I’ll absolutely be using them again for future projects.

Great experience with King Waterproofing. William was very professional and helpful during the initial quoting process and explained the work that needed to be done. Jaime Flores did the majority of the French drain installation and did an excellent job. The work looked very professional, everything was cleaned up nicely afterward and I was very happy with the overall quality of the job. I would definitely recommend King Waterproofing!

We worked specifically with Jaime Flores. Jaime and his team came by this morning to begin waterproofing the basement / crawlspace of our 1940's house. Jaime and team arrived right on time and were very professional. When talking through the job, Jaime pointed out at that 3 of 4 cement support walls around the crawlspace were very thin - noting that the walls were already cracked in 2 specific locations. He explained that if they were to begin jacking out the flooring and these walls were to come down, the cost of reconstructing the interior foundation walls of the crawlspace would be extremely high and potentially detrimental to the actual stability of the house. He suggested we take the time to have a structural expert come out to determine our options going forward. We were not charged anything and Jaime saved us upwards of $15 - $20k in repairs. These guys are legit, professional, knowledgeable, and honest - we would not use anyone else going forward. 5 stars!!!!
