I and many others feel as though they truly care, and in addition to that are the most knowledgeable, professional and dependable Exterminator's one could have. They always take the time, whether on the phone, or in person to answer any and all questions you may have, and go above and beyond the call of duty, so to speak, to tell and or explain anything and everything they feel you need to know, in order to best protect your home and your family. There true concern, and the sincere way that they show and express it, is quite rare and appreciated, especially in today's world.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our basic initial service charge is $125. We frequently run 20% discounts on Facebook which you can use to reduce this to $100. Our monthly service is $39, every-other-month service is $60, and quarterly service is $78. We do have roach cleanout services which cost more because of the time involved. Our termite inspections and wildlife inspections are scheduled before we give pricing since we need to see the situation first hand prior to giving a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bizzy Bee Exterminators has a 100% licensed staff including the people who answer the phone. We take continuing education classes to stay current on the latest laws and practices. Many of our staff attend conferences many times per year to remain updated on the newest products.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Bizzy Bee Exterminators was started in 1972 by industry expert, Bill Collins. Mr. Collins is still a part of the company and his son, Brook Collins has taken over the day to day operations. Bizzy Bee Exterminators is dedicated to providing the BEST PEST CONTROL SERVICE around!
