My name is Ian Taylor, I am a trained Chef of about 28 years, I have been an Executive Chef for over 23 of those years. Trained in the UK, I have gathered a wide range of culinary skills that includes the best of Europe as well as authentic Caribbean cuisine which was learnt while growing up in the Jamaica. I am a capable pastry chef as well as having an extensive knowledge of Vegan and Vegetarian food. My personality is chilled and pleasant and I enjoy putting a smile on my clients faces. I am ServSafe certified and has great knowledge regarding micro biology and the harm that unsafe practices can cause, especially in a time of uncertainty regarding COVID issues. This was our first time hiring a personal chef. It was our anniversary and we wanted something nice, but safe due to the pandemic. Chef Mo brought the ambiance, food, cutlery, plates, glasses, dressy napkins, everything was top notch! He turned our dining room into the best private restaurant in the state! It was truly awesome!! The best part...he cleaned the kitchen!! We didn't have to do ANYTHING!! He was truly the best choice. From helping to select the dinner menu to providing exactly what we agreed upon. Totally wonderful. We will be hiring him again as well as spreading the word to others.

Wow. That's all I can say. Mo's professionalism, timelines, excellent cheffing skills, conversation, personable, and just overall top notch service is one is of a kind. Mo was able to make a pre birthday celebration feel very special. The food was delicious and his attention to detail was some of the best personal service I have ever witness. He made sure everything was taken care of with class. Pure class. I will be using Mo as my go to personal chef. Overall great person to have come take a birthday dinner and turn it into a great evening and celebration.

Oh my God! I'm at a lost for words. If you are thinking about booking a personal chef for any occasion look no future. Ian was amazing the food was delicious I can tell he takes pride In what he does. He was professional, friendly, punctual, the food and the quality of his food was amazing. The presentation was absolutely beautiful. My friends and family were not only impressed by how delicious his food were but they were also very impressed by how friendly he was. As an appetizer, we had a Ceasars salad with jerk chicken. Dinner was the butter garlic mashed potatoes lamb chops and broccoli, and cheese cake for dessert. He made us his delicious rum punch and a fruit plate. Thank you Ian for everything i was not disappointed.
