Recently worked with precision air LLC since our furnace wasnt working properly. The technician conducted thorough inspection , explained the issue, addressed my concerns and recommended a furnace change. They were efficient in ordering the new furnace and installing and pricing was fair and transparent. They also gave a new capacitor and thermostat included in the price of service provided. I recommend Precision Air LLC for their professionalism and outstanding service

Greg did an excellent job fixing my heat. He called me first thing Monday morning to let me know he was on his way. I had had another tech from a different company out to fix the issue first and he couldn’t fix it, but Greg had all of the proper diagnostic tools and was very knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot the problem, and worked hard to fix it. He clearly had experience and knew what he was talking about. He was very kind and gave me a very fair price. I’d highly recommend Precision Air and Greg, and would most certainly hire him again. Now, my heat is working again, and I can sleep soundly knowing that the problem is truly fixed. Hire Greg!!!

Excellent experience. Greg KNOWS what he's doing. He immediately identified the issues I had with both heat and AC (we had been affected by a lightning strike). He tested everything with diagnostic tools and did a very thorough evaluation before replacing the Zone board. He instructed me about all aspects of my HVAC system, and we walked around to all areas of the system - inside (furnaces, thermostats, dampers, control board, etc), outside (condensers/compressors), garage (AC & furnace circuit breakers), and showed me best practices and preventive maintenance actions I can take to avoid expensive repairs in the future. He worked efficiently, and professionally, and kept me in the loop at all times. Thank you Precision Air LLC!
