What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Military/FirstResponders discount of 10%. After 8pm is a 75$ charge, that’s waived with repair. 12am-4am is a 150$ charge, that’s waived with repair. All work has a minimum of 1 year parts and labor. There are other warranties available!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learn the issue they are having, explain to them their garage door, what could or is causing the issues, and different approaches to fixing it.
