Melissa and her daughter came out to do my carpet and I couldn’t be happier. I just needed one stain out, but I added other areas to meet her minimum threshold. They were early and even found another stain and were able to get everything out. I tried to get out the stain for like a year and almost replaced the carpet, but I don’t have to anymore. They cleaned up after too and gave me recommendations on cleaning products! They also do house cleaning. I’m so happy right now 😃. If you’re reading this, you probably need something cleaned. I had a house that was being prepped to be placed on market- but first I needed to get the interiors painted and then the carpetcleaned. At first I booked Mrs. Callahan on a date that the painter first reported that he would be done the day before, but he kept moving the goal post. Mrs. Callahan worked with me on the unexpected schedule changes- I very much appreciated her understanding and flexibility. Then when the painter was all done, he left messy spots and unwiped paint dust- Mrs. Callahan and her team was able to remove the paint spots from the carpet. Previously I told her that I already had a cleaning company do a deep cleaning but she pointed out several things that the previous company overlooked- the vents, the refrigerator, the stove, etc were not cleaned. Luckily for me she does house cleaning so I had her to do both house cleaning and carpetcleaning at the same time. At one point, she found out that one of the toilets had a really bad leak but fortunately her husband is a plumber so they fixed it at no charge! Really, she was a HUGE lifesaver, I can't thank her enough- she did wayyyy better job of cleaning than the previous cleaning company- my realtor said she would tap Mrs. Callahan from now on for future cleaning services! You will find her to be friendly and personable! I will definitely tap her for any future house cleaning!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want to make sure the customer is happy!!!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out beforehand what kind of floors their house has make sure I have the right equipment and I also make sure no one’s allergic to any chemicals I might use.
I come in and induce myself I start in the kitchen and then go to the bathroom and then come back and do the rest of the rooms and floors. At the end I’ll do a walk-through and then make sure you walk through and that you’re satisfied and that I didn’t need to go back in touch something up anything.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Use to clean military houses including white glove move out checks they called it to move out of base housing.
