Sam was prompt and completed the tuning in the time he said he mentioned in his quote. And from what my novice ears can hear the piano sounds very nice.

Sam contacted me right away and we discussed the condition of my piano and my expectations. He arrived on time as scheduled. The job was very thorough. I had had a previous tuning, where the technician did not come close to providing the overall inspection and service that Sam did. He actually found a broken string inside the piano and will repair it and replace it at our next tuning which is already schedule.

Excellent service. Mr. Smith was on time, and the tuning is great. We have tried other piano tuners and there is no comparison. I am more than pleased and highly recommend him.

Very thorough. My piano required a pitch change. Sam took the necessary time to ensure the work met A440 standard at a reasonable price.
