Julie and TJ were very thorough and committed to doing the best job they could. I hired them to soft wash the exterior of my house and to pressure wash the hardscapes. They took their time doing it right. They stayed until dark, but felt like they could do even better with the hardscapes so they offered to come back, which they did. Everything looks great. I would definitely hire them again when needed. I also felt that their pricing was very reasonable.

A1 Property Maintenance provided me with a job well done. Great communication and speed. It was a little back and forth because of scheduling on my part. But they worked with me on timing and completed the task. Had them removed an old riding lawn mower that was an eye sore and was taking up valuable space in my yard. They contacted me the same day I requested a quote. The process was easy, only a few quick questions about the job and I provided a picture as well. They planned to come the SAME DAY, however I wasn't available. Now 2 days later the mower is gone. The even had to move a pop-up canopy tent that was blocking the mower, and they replaced it exactly where it was after pickup. Great company with quality, fast, & reasonably priced services.
