- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is variable and based on a number of factors including size of the lot, topography of the lot, age of related property documents, and the complexity of the requested services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer requests a survey, we will gather all necessary information to conduct a thorough research investigation into the property's deed and plat, if any, and that of surrounding properties. Once we review all the information we will determine the length of time it will take us and we will issue a quote via email for the customer to accept. Once the work has been approved we will negotiate a the best day and time for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Point To Point Land Surveyors, we have numerous professional licensed surveyors (PLS) on staff, as well as seasoned field crews, drafters, researchers, and project managers.
