IThe young man came ready for work. He removed old toliet and replaced new one. He took boxing container from new toliet and old toliet away. It does not look like he did anything. I'm so happy with his service. I will call on this company again.

I need more stars - they came within 2 hours of my request and fixed my toilet and garbagedisposal. General could have way over charged me but instead gave me a fair price and excellent work. My mom lives with me, and in February while I was literally on a plane about to take off out of state, she calls and says she flushed a cleaning cloth down the toilet by accident. I asked her to not flush anything and I'll get someone out there. My brother was coming to visit and stay at my home the next day so I really needed this to get fixed.
I reached out to Thumbtack and Impacted Plumbing was the first team to respond and they were able to come out the next day to take a look, which was great.
I was very grateful that my brother was there with my mom when the technician arrived on time since i wasn't sure how the experience would go with her thereby herself. After a while I got the following message from my brother: "IDK if there's a place to review the plumber but he was really friendly and informative and patient with Mom. Def wasn't trying to take advantage of her."
That was very touching to hear. Made me feel really good about the tech and the company. They reached out shortly after that to tell me that they couldn't find an issue. The cloth may have passed through the drain system, but they can't guarantee that. If I notice an issue later I can reach out. They charged me nothing for coming out. Wouldn't even let me send a tip for the tech, but my mom gave him a little something.
It's nice to know that there are still companies out there with great people that are trying to do the right thing. I was very impressed with this experience and I will reach out to them for any future plumbing needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are estimates and will vary depending on the problem, location of problem, severity of problem, difficulty to fix, parts required, and other factors as well. There is a $29 service fee for a technician to come out and give an estimate for your plumbing issue. This fee will be waived if you decide to move forward with the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over a decade of knowledge and experience with residential plumbing and servicing the Atlanta area.
