Martha was the best technician I have ever met. She arrived promptly and was very professional in her demeanor. Her tools were kept impeccably. She was friendly and down to earth and took the time needed to evaluate our refrigerator. It needs a new compressor and together we decided that a new refrigerator was more economical. Superb experience.
