This has been the BEST tech I have ever encountered. Let me get you a back story..it’s a Friday..I’m soo tired..ready to get off..I purchased Microsoft 365 for all the computers at my office. I thought it would be really simple to place on the other computers..I ended up adding files/documents to the others. My head is spinning now and I don’t know who to call. I sent a bat signal of all the issues I’m facing on thumbtack..LITERALLY 5min I get a call from Ash. Told him my dilemma..he made an appt for me the following Monday. I bought about $2500 of new computer equipment to set up for my remote work and he set it up perfectly and neatly, uploaded all the software and then coordinated with my office to make sure everything was integrated properly. I needed it done by the following morning and he came and did it much more quickly than I could have. He also offers remote work. Highly recommended.
