I did a lot of research for day of coordinating services when planning our wedding, and I am so glad we chose Jean and her team! They were a pleasure to work with from day one and having them as part of our team made all the difference! We used Sincerely, JS Services for day of coordinating (DOC) services and decor set up services for our wedding and we were very pleased and grateful to have had them be a part of our big day! The DOC services were immensely helpful to me as I planned the details of that big day. They met with me on a weekly basis during the final month and provided invaluable guidance and support to make sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible on the day of. Jean is highly organized, professional, and helpful, and I really appreciated the meetings and the whole process as it truly helped me along especially during the last month of planning. Additionally, we hired Jean and her team to do our ceremony and reception décor setup. They did an amazing job of bringing to life our vision! As with any big event, while there were some hiccups and last-minute changes due to other factors, Jean and her team did an amazing job of adapting and modifying things to make sure everything looked amazing. The wedding I envisioned would not have been possible without Sincerely, JS Services and I would highly recommend them to any bride or person planning an event looking for a professional coordinator to come alongside and support their vision!

I can’t say enough good things about working with Jean. She was such a genuine kind person and she made me laugh and feel okay in the midst of all the crazy of planning a wedding. I literally began planning my wedding and realized that it was going to be too much for me to do on my own. The planning was already stressful enough, imagine me also trying to coordinate what will be going on the day while being the bride at the same time and that's where Sincerely, JS Services came in. I signed up with her immediately and let me tell you why: She could have taken advantage of me and charged me for planning, but she advised me against it since my planning was almost complete and proposed the coordinating package instead. She was honest and professional down to the smallest detail. she provided ideas and gave me the freedom to choose what I was comfortable with, she was assertive and respectful, the plan went accordingly to what was discussed and did not take a detour due to any outside influence (friends and family), I bet someone understands what I am talking about. Working with Jean ( Sincerely, JS Services) was amazing. She was attentive, professional, organized, and exactly what we needed to have a wonderful wedding day. One of the best things about working with her services was she never once made me feel stressed as a bride and communicated efficiently with my husband and I. She maintained calm even in sudden changes , prepared well for our big day, and I was blessed to have her as our coordinator !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do charge a travel fee if the venue is located more than 1hr (round trip) from my home location. It is a flat fee of $35.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary consultation call to learn more about your needs. From there I will send you a contract to review services. If you would like to move forward you must return the signed contract and $75 deposit fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3-4 years of experience.
