I can not recommend Arctic Spas enough! Sang Renolds was my sales person and I followed up with David for delivery. My spa was delivered seamlessly. I was walked through maintenance and David and crew made sure everything worked before leaving. Here we are 6 months later and I still text David with my questions about cleaning and filters and chemicals ext- as I am a newbie to hot tub ownership. David always replies promptly and is oh so helpful! My main concern when buying a hot tub was a team that stood behind their product and this team far exceeds any expectation I ever had. I will be a lifelong customer with this group for sure!

I was in the market for a high end therapy level Salt Water Hot Tub and kept coming back to Arctic Spas. This was my closest dealer and was around 3 hours away. Megan could not have been more helpful in making an appointment to come see their spas in action. They had a loaded up Kodiak model in stock and she even waited after hours for us when we hit traffic.The tub itself is AMAZING! I have been in it twice a day most days since it arrived a couple months ago. My back is already feeling better. Maintenance on the tub with Spaboy is a breeze. Dave handled delivery and setup and answered all my questions with a smile. These tubs are a big investment. If you are on the fence, call Megan today. Youll be soooo glad you did!

THE BEST!!! Id visited their store on and off for nearly a year. After looking around to find the best store for the job I finally decided to go with Arctic Spas!And WOW Im so glad I did! Megan, David and Jonah are a dynamic duo. Megan helped me to size up the perfect hot tub for my space and needs. On site, David and Jonah (and another person Im not sure of his name) patiently attended to all of my questions and put all their manpower into helping me get setup.If youre looking for the best tubs with the best technology and value around, youre at the right place! Cant thank them enough!

Highly recommend Artic Spas. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They were also very accommodating during the install. We went to every spa store in Atlanta before making a purchase so I can say confidently that Arctic is at the top when it comes to overall value. If youre in the market this needs to be one of your stops.

After doing extensive research on hot tubs, I knew an Arctic Spa was the right choice for my family. I reached out to Arctic Spas Atlanta and I can't say enough about how awesome the entire team there is. Sang, the salesperson who I worked with, was incredibly helpful, responsive, thorough, and kind as I went through the entire process. She recommended I come in for a wet test, which was extremely helpful in the decision making process, and she answered my many, MANY, questions without ever making me feel like a nuisance! Once we had purchased the hot tub, the delivery team was excellent and took great care to make sure it was set up and installed correctly. When I reached out with some questions, David and a technician came out and spent a couple hours making sure I felt confident in how everything worked and knew exactly what I needed to do with the chemicals. I highly recommend Arctic Spas Atlanta if you want a great hot tub and a fantastic buying experience!
