- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to actual pricing of our services, we always include labor, time, distance, & materials (if they are not already included). We also aim to price fairly & accurately, as to meet our customers needs based on price & fit. In regards to our promotions and/or discounts, we provide our customers with standing promotions for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly services, & referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to talk to our customers. We will give you a call and see what it is you want done, get your information and schedule you in. We are 100% sure you will love the quality of our work as we are not satisfied until YOU are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our contractors are licensed and/or certified in their respective fields. All of our cleaning technicians are trained to meet the demands of our customers in cleanliness, while always maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
