Though the technician was a nice guy, he arrived 1 1/2hr later than scheduled. I did not get a key that operated as the manufacturer key that was replaced. I now have to hold the key remote right up to the wind shied for it to operate. They would not accept a check for payment (which was not disclosed prior to service), I had to have this stranger follow me to the bank to get payment. The dispatcher on the phone was rude and unprofessional.

Unprofessional. Did not clearly indicate the charges; claimed he had fully informed me of the charges when he had not; overcharged. Tried to argue a $20 service charge, when every other company applies the Service charge to the total balance. Said he would take checks; then would not.
