This is the second time we have used Coop Troop. The service and communication was exceptional both times. Xavier and his team communicated on arrival time, arrived on time, service was exceptional and professionalism was a 10+. We had a change in moving needs and they accommodated us same day. We had a special delivery requiring movers, and we were only given a "noon to 7pm window" with a 30-minute advanced notice of the actual drop off. Xavier was flexible and responsive to a less than ideal situation. Once the package (a large cumbersome metal door) was delivered, Xavier and his crew worked efficiently and carefully to uncrate the item and get it off the street and into the house. We'd happily work w/ Xavier and CTS again in the future.

I had a freight delivery of a medical exam table that was delivered outside my office and needed to be moved in. I contacted several movers for a last minute moving help. They responded promptly and gave a good price. Xavier was very professional and his dispatch was very responsive. They moved my exam table on within 2 hours of getting of getting in touch with them, luckily they had just finished up another move. I really appreciate them coming through at the last minute!

I would be remiss not to leave a review about the exceptional experience CTS provided during my move… Description - 1 bdrm apt. on the 3rd floor with no elevator; traveling appx. 50 miles to a 2 bdrm. w/ an elevator and extremely long hallway 1. I initially reached out to them the weekend prior to move and failed to respond when they promptly replied with their availability. I ended up reaching out to them at 10pm requesting a truck for the following morning. I was shocked, to say the least, that I received a response back minutes later saying they were available to move me. Things like that simply don’t happen these days. 2. The next morning I received a call an hour in advance letting me know they were otw to pick up my things. Two guys showed up ready to work. They were professional and swift. They moved everything promptly and disassembled my furniture in the blink of an eye. In addition, I asked if they would disassemble 2 pieces of furniture that I planned to leave for a friend to pick up and the response was “yes, we will do whatever you need us to do.” This is the type of service that I love. CTS is a customer centered business. 3. Finally, they moved all of my things in a timely manner. I even had to drive off at one point and when I returned they were basically finished. My overall cost was basically what I expected. I sent the money via zelle, including tip, with no issues. In conclusion, I was fully satisfied with CTS’s service. Shout out to the dispatcher for promptly responding to my request and clearly communicating the company’s fees. I would strongly recommend using CTS for your next move.

  All of our moving jobs have a 2 hour minimum unless otherwise stated. We have flat rate furniture moves/delivery jobs. Our junk removal jobs are priced according to the scope of work. Our dispatcher can confirm pricing.
