Very professional, prompt, and educational on process and methods during the various types of food he prepared. Very knowledgeable. Tools he cooked with sterile including food prep areas. I would feel comfortable having him cater any event.

The first step is a consultation in which we would discuss exactly what you wanted in detail. Come with an affordable price, put down a deposit and set a booking date.

I recieved my Culinary Arts degree from Le Cordon Blu and have 15+ years experience in the Culinary Industry.
