- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we offer a consultation call. We would love to get to know you, listen to you, and discuss the project we need to work on. This way, we can analyze if we are a good fit. After that, you will receive a Proposal with details, once the Proposal is approved, we can schedule the Organizing Session.

We have worked with all kinds of clients, and one of our convictions is to connect with each client, understand their unique needs, and thus work in a personalized manner throughout the process, from the initial consultation to the end of the project.
