We are not the lowest price pest control or cleaners available. If you want cheap work, then you may want to look elsewhere. You get what you pay for, and we will not reduce the quality of our work to accommodate a lower rate. Pricing guide for cleaning estimate ideas: Furnished Deep Clean = $0.30/sqft for one-time service or first service for recurring. Empty Move-in/out deep clean = $0.25/sqft.
Extra $ addons: Detailed interior window $5 per vertical section (open windows and clean tracks and exterior side of pane if accessible from interior), Interior Fridge $45 empty/$90 if full or requires heavy duty cleaning, Interior Stove $65, Interior dishwasher $45, $65 glass shower panels/fiberglass insert with heavy buildup of hard water/limescale/calcium, Interior cabinets $5 empty per door or 2 drawers ($25 if heavy-duty cleaning is needed)/$25 if full, wall cleaning $49/5linear ft, $10 for baseboard scrub with spot cleaning wall, $13 crown moulding scrub with spot cleaning wall, pets (Dogs/Cats) present $45 (potentially per pet), and de-odorizing (varies based on needs). Pest presence or debris may incur additional fee for specialized cleaning and/or treatment.
We also do specialty services such as cleaning interior of home from cigarette nicotine buildup or interior concrete cleaning of pet mess. If you're not sure if we do what you need, feel free to ask.
We don't do anything with popcorn ceilings or fire/water damage.
Deep clean tasks assume a basic wear and tear of build-up from living in the home with self-tended cleaning. If little or no self-cleaning has been performed, then rates may increase for extra time needed.
We do allow customizing of services to suit your needs and can work with you for time budgeting, including spacing out some deep clean tasks across multiple visits if needed. We can also just focus on specific tasks and not full cleans as needed.
Roach service stand-alone $129 first service. If kitchen is clean, either by you or us, the monthly services reduce to $79. Kitchen deep clean for roach service is $289 (also reduces time of elimination) and is separate from roach treatment but first service will also be $79 (saves $50 from the stand-alone initial rate).
Bedbug service basic bundle package is: Low Severity - $.45/sqft, Moderate severity - $.65/sqft, High severity - $.85/sqft with a minimum of $579. See services listing on our site for details. In-House and 3rd party Financing available. This includes whole home treatment and monthly follow-ups based on severity.
