- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We actually have a very easy pricing system. We have fixed rates for all repairs, as well as a per computer fee for our managed services. We even provide a full labor/parts package to cover everything if it suits your business model. Check out our website, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Our estimates are always free, our advice is free and work is in high demand. Call us today. We are open Mon through Fri 10 - 6 and 9-12 on Saturday. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train regularly. A minimum of 20 hours a month goes directly to either online or continuing education. New software comes out everyday as well as different applications. Of course this changes how we work on and repair them. Our equipment needs can change frequently as well technology advances. The most important knowledge in our industry is always less than 3 months old.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Love of logic and systems. Computers offer both. My wife and I have worked together for nearly 23 years. We wanted to provide a service for our community that would take us across the lines of residential to the higher ends of business. Everyone owns and needs their computers to work - we help do that.
