Marty & Cindy Jones are “Associate Certified Entomological” our company is Licensed in Georgia and South Carolina and we are the owners of Prestige Pest Control. Jessica Olliff (Daughter) is our office manager. Our Operations Manger is Gregory Olliff (Son n law )we pride ourselves on providing “The best service at a affordable price”. Pro was very responsive to schedule. Work was completed as described; excellent communication. The mole treatment appeared to be extensive, the technician was on-site for 2hrs treating a large number of tunnels. Hopefully this cleared the problem for now. I’ll know for sure after a few days!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the highest or the cheapest. But we provided quality service at an affordable price. We do offer a pay-as-you-go plan which no contract is required and we also offer contract prices which gives you a discount on your services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get all your information. Find out what kind
of problems you are having. We send you a email of our price. If you agree we set a day and time that works for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To work in the Pest Control industry in Georgia, & SC you have to be a registered technician with a License Pest Control company. A licensed pest control company has to have a certified operator with a state. Prestige goes up and beyond what is required. We have two associate certified entomologists, and all of our technicians have to get continuing education hours. Our Certified operators and our technicians always get more than the state requires.
