My move out and carpet cleaning was done last week. Wonderful service and awesome flexibility. I am 8 month pregnant and I had to cancel twice due to pregnancy complications. Ashley was very understanding and accommodating. The house was very cleaned and the carpets look brand new. I will be using her on a recurring schedule.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer 2 separate walk thru inspections. Our initial walk thru inspection is designed to give customers a chance to point areas where they have specific instructions on areas they want cleaned. Our final walk thru inspection is when we go back thru and make sure all areas are cleaned to the customers satisfaction. If there is an area that needs to be readdressed, our team will fix at that time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years in move in and out cleaning, post construction, and recurring cleaning.
