Where to begin! My 3,500 sqft house was rented out to guys in a fraternity for over 13 years. While they maintained it properly the first 4 years, I would say the last 9 years, the guys did not take care of it, and it showed. Absolutely disgusting! Elianna was quick to respond to my original inquiry (like 3 minutes), and did her best to give me an accurate quote, but my pictures did not do it justice. Well within the first hour of being at my house, she immediately informed me of the true severity of the situation, and advised me of my options. The cleaning needed to be done, and her and her team went to work! I was also in a bind between old renters leaving and a new female renter moving in (1 week), and they came in the nick of time! Oh man, they did an outstanding job! They got a good bit of the cleaning done before she moved in, and even made a special trip to quickly clean one of the bathrooms so the renter could use it! They finished the rest of the cleaning within a week of her living there. Both myself and my renter were understanding and flexible with their scheduling, and they bent over backwards to get the job done in a quick and professional manner! I can't sing their praises enough! They did such an amazing job, that my renter will be using them on a regular basis, and I will be using them again in the future!

I sent out several requests at once and maid to shine replied immediately. She had a very reasonable next available time.. but I was looking for an unreasonable urgent appointment ☺️. She followed up with me with cancellations and clearly made that extra effort for make it work out and I find that to be exceptional service! We haven’t had service at this point, but I wanted to leave a review because her customer service skills and extra effort aren’t found often these days! I so appreciated her efforts!! Thank you!
