These guys are amazing! Rick answered all of my million questions without hesitation or frustration. Rick and his crew were very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. They were on time and very professional. The crew followed my color coordinated box to room arrangement and moved all items safely to there designated rooms. They hooked up my washer and dryer and even went above and beyond by helping me weigh and return my 26 foot truck (I was very reluctant to drive this truck without issues). pick up and go has an hourly rate charge, and milage charge after 50 miles.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting the customer,have a walk thru the home to see what all we are up against, have my employee start covering and wrapping furniture placing items into the truck safely strapped down.after everything is Disassemble and loaded up,we then head to the new location and reassemble the off load.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out working for different moving company for the pass five years and because manager on two of those jobs.
