What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base every job on the location and the client's needs. If you have a cheaper quote, please tell me. I'll more than likely match it or beat it. My quotes are just quotes. Before throwing away your locks, PLEASE call me first. I may be able to reset them and or refurbish them saving you hundreds of dollars. Every home and office is different. I MEET OR BEAT ALL OTHER PRICES! I support our troops and military. I support ALL of the amendments and everyone's freedom of speech, self expression, religion, political views, and lifestyle.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask my clients exactly what they need in order to quote a one time flat rate estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of locksmith experience as well as a High School Diploma and Diploma as an Aviation Technical Engineer from the Aviation Institute of Maintenance 2013-2015.
