- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge nominal fees for services commensurate with my experience and expertise. pricing will always be clear before any work commences.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need a final, approved script before the process can begin. This is important because any changes to the script after the product has been delivered will incur additional charges. So please be certain the script is ready to be recorded in its final state.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained with a renowned voice teacher from New York who spent several years in LA and relocated back. Her mentoring help build my career and facilitated my move to LA, where I spent over 12 years honing my craft. I still attend classes weekly over Zoom.
