Bennie took the time to understand what was wanted and provided some options that better fit our needs/situation. Once work began, he was quick to install the mount and tv, show how the mount worked, and answer any questions I had. Bennie treated the area he was working in and around with care: ensuring that there was adequate coverage on floor, that the tv screen wouldn't be scratched or marred, and a clean-up process that was very efficient. Overall, a wonderful job by Bennie! Highly recommended!
