Jay was punctual and offered a fair price, but unfortunately I cannot leave a good review. The service he provided was far below my expectations. The machine used on my carpet, left "hair balls" of carpet in most of the rooms. However, he explained to me that I am supposed to vacuum after he left. (There was even a dead roach in one room that was still there after he cleaned)! I feel paying $200 to have carpets cleaned should cover all the things a standard vacuum cleaner will pick up. After he was done, the house smelled nasty, like the inside of a carpet cleaner.
He does not take checks on Saturday and complained about taking my credit card. I was forced to pay $200 in cash, which was the price for 6 rooms plus stairs. Then after he left, I realized his van has an oil leak which stained my driveway. I am sorry to say I regret hiring Jay.

He wasn't able to do the job. I was very specific about what needed to be done (cleaning tile and grout) and he said he would be able to do it...but then he got here and said he couldn't because "it would take all day". Very frustrating.
