Brian was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the installation of our Google Nest Thermostat. Not only did he help us out at the last minute, but also stayed behind to help with the setup. The install went according to plan and description. The new heater and AC unit (Goodman Brand) was Brian's recommended choice and all unit serial numbers were provided so that I (as the customer) can register the unit with goodman.com for the limited warranty. Brian said he will also warranty his work for 1 year; which is great peace of mind. Overall, I am content with the install and the experience. Comparing Cool-Experts quote and work with the larger players in the HVAC field; Cool-experts and Brian win in a landslide. 5-star all around. Thank you Brian.
