Fletcher took great care of my son's laptop. It is a one year old HP Envy and it had "frozen up" after an automatic download attempt. I am pretty good about figuring things out when it comes to glitches with our computers, but I could not repair this one myself. Fletcher was able to get it unfrozen and then downloaded Windows 8.1 for us and added a top of the line anti-virus program, all included in the price! We are very satisfied with the job he did and the price he charged us.
