FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important part of a new customer is communication. I make sure the customer is always aware of whats happening from start to finish. The next thing is being able to listen to the customer and understanding exactly what it is that they need and want and giving it to them without disrupting their schedule. I am on every job that is done. The last thing is being able to walk the customer through the job or explain to them why something is being done so that they understand the process. Ive become friends with most of my customers through the years and still talk to them to this day.

I started in framing and worked my way through the industry over the last 20 years. I finally realized that i was tired of doing for other companies and decided to start my own company.
