- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by learning about your dog’s age, history, daily routine, training experience, and specific concerns. From there, I recommend either private lessons or the board-and-train program that best fits your goals. We then confirm scheduling, complete the necessary forms, and create an individualized training plan. Owner education and continued support are included so you feel confident maintaining your dog’s progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated as a professional dog trainer from Jo-Thor’s Dog Trainers’ Academy and have over seven years of hands-on experience working with dogs of different ages, breeds, temperaments, and behavioral needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My interest in dog training began with my own dogs. I wanted to better understand their behavior and learn how to communicate with them effectively, which led me to attend professional dog-training school. What started as a personal need became a genuine passion for helping other dogs and owners understand one another.
